For as long as he can remember, Ed has had a passion for animals and wildlife. After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology, Ed worked for Critter Control of Kansas City for twelve years. His work with Critter Control of Kansas City provided the knowledge, experience and desire to continue to build the Critter Control brand. In January 2018, Ed purchased Critter Control of Kaw Valley. When not working, Ed enjoys attending concerts, playing disc golf, and is a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. His goal as a business owner is to manage a team of individuals dedicated to making your experience with Critter Control of Kaw Valley a positive and lasting relationship.
Rick Crump is an Army veteran that has been a Wildlife Technician for Kaw Valley Critter Control since 2010. When not working, he takes a lot of pride in lifting weights, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, and taking care of his two dogs, Grace and Buddy. He believes in time management, honesty, integrity, hospitality, and professionalism. He always strives to ensure that the customer's experience is professional and complete. He looks foward to assisting cusotmers with their wildlife management needs!
Shane Starkey is from Topeka, Kansas. He has been with Kaw Valley Critter Control since 2014. He worked in the sales industry for 11 years and owned his own restaurant for 20 years prior to working with Critter Control. His favorite part of his job is identifying customer issues and providing solutions. He resides in Lawrence, KS, with his wife and daughter. He enjoys outdoor activities and visiting the lake.
Nick Franklin has been with Critter Control since 2018. He graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor's degree in Zoo Science and Field Biology. While attending Friends University, Nick played football all four years of college. Nick's favorite type of wildlife work is with raccoons. He enjoys identifying the animal entry point and helping to ensure animals do not regain access once they have been removed. Nick enjoys being outdoors and walking his dogs.

Gina Litton has been with Critter Control since 2018. Gina grew up in Wichita and graduated from Wichita Northwest High School. Her favorite part of her job is being the hub of information for both the customer and technicians in the field. She enjoys camping, hiking, boating, and watching the Chiefs. Gina currently lives in Wichita with her husband and three children.
